Demo now, November later
The October demo does not carry into the 10 November game. Tonight's champions are the Legend of Catachan and Lyssa Ravenya.
The demo on Steam today is not a preview save of the game you will buy in November. Auroch said that twice in the 6 October post, and it is the part people skip on the way to the price.
Progress from the previous demo does not enter this one. Progress from this one does not enter the full game on 10 November 2026. If a menu still shows relics from an older build, they belong to a build Auroch already retired. Do not grind them as if they were account unlocks.
Who you can actually pick tonight
Two champions. The Legend of Catachan starts by throwing Frag Grenades. That is the one concrete starting kit in the pickup post. Lyssa Ravenya is the other. The release post spells her Ravenya, not the near-spelling that shows up in some store blurbs. The same post says the demo has new weapons and new abilities. It does not name them. Play it if you want the list. Reading further will not produce it.
Malum Caedo is the name people will hunt for, because he is the Boltgun character and the store blurb leads with him. He is also the name next to Hellfire Ammo in the August pickup post, as a Sternguard Veteran. He is not listed as a demo champion. Sebastian Yarrick, Gotrek, and Knight-Commander Pask show up in the 27 August art blog as champions the team was glad to include. That blog is about the full game's sprites, not about today's character select. More than 40 champions are the store's number, split across 40k and Age of Sigmar. The October select screen is two of them.

What 10 November is selling
The price in that same 6 October post is £6.39, $7.99, or €7.49, and Auroch said it can shift a little by region. Steam gets 10% off in the first week after launch. Console pre-orders were already uneven that day: PlayStation 5 was live, Switch 1 and Switch 2 were starting in select territories, Xbox was dated 27 October. The line they used for platforms is Steam, consoles, and mobile. The Steam app record itself is Windows.
Tucked under the price, the same post reveals the Gloomspite Gitz. Bad Moon up, grots in legions, Squigs and Troggoths behind them. That is a November faction arriving in a price announcement, which is a very Games Workshop way to bury the interesting sentence.
The store blurb still promises 75 or more weapons and names four: Boltgun, Astartes Chainsword, Whirlwind Axes, and a pot of Nuln Oil as an easter egg. Collect and evolve is the genre sentence. No pair is printed. The art blog is honest that weapons went through a lot of feel passes with poncle in the room, and that several of them changed across feedback. Expect the gun you liked in October to be a cousin of the November version, not a locked sheet.
If you want the minute-to-minute of Synapse and pickups, that is how a run actually goes. If you want the maps those factions are supposed to stand on, that is two settings, one screen.
